Tom also took us to find a motel with his car. So very nice. They were lifesavers.

Roy ( my husband )and I got stranded on US80 with car problems . We googled in to find a service close to where we were, that was Lovelock, NV. It was dark and very cold we were going to Reno to stay overnight 30 miles away the on to our home in CA.. We called Jim's Tire Service they also have a Towing Service.
On my way to Elko and the tire pressure monitor came on. Luckily, I was close to Lovelock. Stopped at the gas station to notice there was a large screw in my front tire and I found this company online. I drove in and they quickly identified the screw, took it out and fixed my tire within 15 minutes. Back on the road and couldn’t be happier. All that with great customer service.
