Friendly staff. Very small selection & size compared to other Big-R stores. However, they can order what you need.
No 5th star only because of selection.

I actually look forward to going to the BIG R . The Staff is as attentive and knowledgeable as I have ever experienced in the BIG stores like HOME DEPOT & LOWES. I would like to say while I'm not friends or family to any employees at the BIG R, there is a lady that works at the Lovelock store named KAREN. Karen, is by far the best and most knowledgeable and professional representative I've ever had opportunity to work with when I need assistance. She is the reason I am a regular customer at that store.
